It's official, the UK economy 'is in the shitter', according to Sir Stephen Potless, Economist and badger baiter.
Well, we had it good for a while, Labour handed over the keys to the treasury and the chaps went bananas. One could pay onself enough money in bonuses to embarass a Queen so long as Gordon had something good to say.
All the chaps can do now is keep their heads down and quitely rake in the moolah. It's not like the crash of 1929 where chaps threw themselves off buildings, this time around they are only falling off their money piles.
