Red Ken, tired of fleecing London commuters is looking further afield to remove unneeded cash from middle England.
Ken, once the friend of the man in the street, now won't let you in the street unless you are paying for the privilege of it.
Our reporter cornered Ken at a Fleet bus depot and requested any kind of outlandish, publicity seeking statement he would care to make. However, the usually affable Mayor of London managed to duck the issue thanks to a make-over from his cronies at Labour central office – see picture.
