Julian: Sir Lancet, the NHS and the Government do not appear to be getting on top of this problem, despite shed loads of money being slung at it and the intervention of ministers. Why is this?
Lancet: Hey man, be cool, don’t bring the whole thing down baby.
Julian: OK, and your answer is….
Lancet: Hey, it’s not easy dude, you try finding 25 stone matrons who can clear more germs than they produce, know what I’m sayin’ bro’
Julian: Are you saying that you are unable to procure the right staff to carry through the Government’s policy on cleanliness?
Lancet: No way man, I don’t never say that, ‘sides, these ministers know not of what they speak, you dig. Why, at least two of those mothers don’t never wash man, that’s the truth.
Julian: So, Sir Lancet, what do you propose to do next to alleviate the suffering of your patients?
Lancet: Chill man, call me Lancey baby. Well, guess the best thung would be to get them patients the hell outta there, least ways they can’t blame us.
