Locals and yokels have found an ingenuous way to get high. Take a friendly pot-bellied pig and feed it on a mixture of poppies and hemp, fed for six months, slaughter and cook on a spit.
Some dope heads stuff the insides with other hallucinogenic's and baste in cough medicine. This gives the meat and extra 'kick'.
Doctors in the area have had an influx of spaced out patients in the last year claiming they have blue tongue or foot and mouth.
