When the PM was at the Treasury he was always banging on about boom & bust, so much so that he was given the nickname 'Prudence', hark at her the opposition would say.
Now Gordo has made the Bank of England cut interest rates by 1.5% to the benefit of all (except those who have savings, don't have a mortgage, or are tied into a fixed rate).
Gordo hopes this tactic will help remove the 'Brown Stain' on the economy. Where does Gordo go from here; only time, money and votes will tell.
